We seek donations year round to keep Youth Day free for all. Donations of items to use for our raffles, both during Youth Day and our fundraising banquet are always welcome. Monetary assistance is greatly appreciated – as there are a number of expenses we incur throughout the year – such as insurance for the event, sound system costs, postage, printing etc. Remember all donations are Tax Deductible, and greatly appreciated.

FUNDRAISERS

Banquet

Each year we put on a number of fund raising events to help support Sportsmen for Youth to raise the $40 -50,000 dollars needed to put on Youth Day. These fund raisers include West Michigan sporting events and community events. Please come out and see us and donate or participate in our fundraisers. Additionally our annual fund raising banquet is hosted at Whitlow’s Forerunner Restaurant. Tickets are limited, and can only be pre-purchase, includes: all you can eat dinner of perch, chicken and shrimp with all the fixings. 

SPONSORS

T-Shirt Sponsors pledge $500.00 per sponsorship year. In thanks, we will ensure your organization will be seen by thousands, as the first twelve businesses, organizations, or individuals to donate on this level to Sportsmen for Youth will be awarded placement on the Sportsmen for Youth t-shirts. A t-shirt is provided to each of the youth participants on Youth Day. If spots are not available for t-shirts then a banner slot and sponsorship in another area that can be arranged. $250.00 sponsorships are also available.

INDIVIDUAL SPONSORS

Anyone interested in making any donation to Sportsmen for Youth will be noted, and thanked as a sponsor in our program at a fund raising events, as well as on a sponsorship banner displayed during Youth Day.
